Port Golden Bay Tarakohe Harbour

portgoldenbay.jpg

The Port Golden Bay (Tarakohe) Marina is a safe all weather, all tide harbour. The Marina is situated just a few kilometres east of Takaka township in beautiful Golden Bay and just 2 km from Pohara Top Ten Holiday Park.

With a backdrop of fantastic limestone cliffs, its proximity to two National Parks and an outlook toward Farewell Spit it's no wonder visitors often choose to stay longer than originally anticipated.

Whether you choose to shelter over or stay for a while you'll still enjoy the magic of Golden Bay.  Most services available in Takaka township and transport is available.
